The Leon County Tax Collector’s Office as an agent for the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles provides titling and registering services for vessels. All motorized vessels, commercial or private, must be titled, registered, and issued a decal before they can be used in Florida waters. The decal must be affixed to the port (left) side of the vessel.
