In addition to the taxes and fees, a credit card processing fee of 2.95% or a $2.00 minimum charge is assessed per transaction. This fee is paid to a third party payment processing service.
You will need the following items to complete your on-line Property Tax payment transaction.
1. Your Property Tax Bill (Note: Annual tax bills are mailed out to property owners on
or before November 1-if you have not received your tax bill by the third week in November, please contact us by e-mail:
Property Tax, and include your Property Taxes account number which will not exceed 13 digits);
and,
2. A valid Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card or Debit Card with credit company insignia on it.
Attention: Multiple property tax payments may be processed during on-line transactions.
Owners who own multiple parcels, or who own real estate and tangible personal property, etc., should have more than one tax bill. In such instance, owners may conduct one on-line transaction for all tax bills.
