Before the Tax Collector's Office can issue an "RP" (Real Property) decal, a Declaration of Real Property must be issued by the Property Appraiser's Office in the county in which the mobile home is located. To apply for an RP decal, the owner must submit proof of ownership, the current registration and the Declaration of Real Property to the Tax Collector's Office.
