At the present time, the Leon County Tax Collector’s Office provides our customers who wish to renew their vehicle, vessel, or mobile home registration (license plate or decal) with a direct link to
www.GoRenew.com , a secure website site maintained by the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles.
By handling your renewal in this manner, the Tax Collector is able to save users of this service a minimum of $1.50 per transaction.
You will need:
- The last four digits of your
Social Security Number or FEID.
- Personal Identification
Number [PIN] or your license plate
number(s)
– both of which appear on your renewal notice - or driver
license number.
- Visa, MasterCard, ATM, Debit
or Cash card.
Note: Registration renewal notices are mailed to owners approximately 3 weeks prior to the month in which expiration occurs. If you have not received your renewal notice at least 2 weeks prior to the date of expiration (your birthday), please call our Customer Service telephone center at 850/488-4735.
Attention: Multiple renewal payments may be
processed during on-line transactions. Owners of more than one
auto (vehicle), etc., should have more than one registration
renewal
notice. In such instances, owners may conduct one on-line
transaction for all renewal notices.
