Types of Decals

Every mobile home is required to display a decal issued by the Tax Collector's Office. There are two types of decals: "Annual" and Real Property ("RP") decals. When the owner of a mobile home also owns the land upon which the mobile home is permanently affixed, a real property decal is required. Real Property or "RP" decal(s) are permanent and transferable to a new owner when the land and mobile home are sold as a unit.

If you are not eligible for a Real Property decal, you must obtain the Annual Decal(s) through the Tax Collector by December 31 of each year.
