Hunting and Freshwater Fishing Licenses
Hunting and freshwater fishing licenses are annual permits in effect one year from date of issuance. License can be obtained through the Office of the Tax Collector or from a sub-agent. All Florida fishermen must possess a valid license when freshwater fishing.

"RESIDENT": A resident must have lived in Florida for six continuous months prior to the issuance of a license and has an intent to continue to reside in Florida and claim Florida as his/her primary residence or any member of the United States Armed Forces who is stationed in this state (includes spouse and dependent children residing in household). "PROOF" may be any of the following:

Florida Drivers License ("Florida Only" or Florida ID card not acceptable)
Military orders showing that applicant is stationed in Florida
Statement from Landlord
Florida Homestead Exemption
or
Both of the following:
Florida Voter's Registration Card
Florida Motor Vehicle Registration
