The general decal is valid from January 1st through December 31st and can be renewed up to three months prior to expiration. The issuance of the general decal serves as evidence of payment of registration taxes. General decals are displayed in the lower left corner of the window of the mobile home that is closest to the street or road that provides access to the mobile home
