No application for a Florida Certificate of Title may be processed without the issuance of a current mobile home decal, unless the mobile home has been repossessed and remains unoccupied. Mobile homes, including those owned by nonresidents located in Florida, continuously occupied or not, are subject to Florida registration. Each unit of the mobile home is required to be titled and registered.
