Once your renewal is ready for pickup, you will receive an email (within 2 hours) along with instructions of where to pickup your registration renewal.
In order for your renewal to be picked up the same day, the renewal will need to be competed before 4:00 pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Any renewals processed after 4:00 pm, will be available for pick up the next business day between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm.
Mail fees will be refunded at time of pick-up. Orders not picked-up in four business days will be mailed.
When picking up your registration, please bring your vehicle registration receipt and photo identification.
Note: To complete your renewal, you will be redirected to FLHSMV's MyDMV Portal. First-time users of MyDMV Portal will need to create an account. The customer would need to have information related to their identification card, driver license, and motor vehicle records available before starting the process. This information will be vital to successfully answer the security questions related to their record within the allotted time. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Registration information (vessel, motor vehicle, mobile home),
- Their current driver license/ID card,
- Primary proof of identity; and
- Any legal presence documents, if applicable.
